Rita Reys

A world wonder: singer Rita Reys is still on stage, if only once a week. Because ‘Europe’s First Lady of Jazz’ can’t live without it. Even though she was born on 21 December 1924! She still stands there, swinging like a young girl, still with that infallible timing that took her to America to perform with Art Blakey, Horace Silver and Jimmy Smith. Our admiration is boundless. A living legend.
